Rylee Spinks of Nebraska, United States was crowned Miss Supranational USA 2023 coronation night will take place at The East Angel in Los Angeles, California, United States on May 21, 2023. It is the seventh edition of the national pageant that selects the Miss Supranational candidate of the U.S.

Tiffany Johnson hosted the event while Chris Tuck was the red carpet host. Miss Supranational 2018 first runner-up Katrina Dimaranan, Miss Earth-Air 2021 Marisa Paige Butler, Manhunt International 2022 second runner-up Elija van Zanten, Mister Supranational USA 2022 Keith Williams Jr., Miss Supranational USA 2021-2022 Sofia Acosta and Venezuelan financial specialist and beauty pageant expert Carlos Capatillo served as the judges.
