Nice Lampad, 21, of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur, Philippines was crowned Miss Philippines Eco Tourism 2022 in Coron, Palawan, Philippines amid a rainy day on August 6, 2022. It marked the beauty pageant’s return to in-person competition after its online editions in 2020 and 2021 because of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Lampad is 5’8″ tall. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science.
In 2013, Lampad graduated from Noli Central Elementary School in Bayugan as valedictorian. Her most memorable moment is meeting a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive person.

From 38 candidates, only 20 semifinalists were selected to compete in the Miss Philippines Earth 2022 coronation ceremony, which was hosted by Robi Domingo. Miss Asia Pacific 1979 first runner-up Lorraine Schuck and Miss World 1973 first runner-up Evangeline Pascual served as judges along with Michelle Bautista Tañada, Bi-Anne Tupas, Albert de la Cruz Sr., Joyce Hufton, Artemio Manalo Abu, Eileen de Guzman-Reyes and Maria Grace Mansueto Lim.
Kiara Liane Wellington of Cebu City, Jennifer de Asis of Mandaluyong City, Micaela Legarda of Muntinlupa City, Jarizz Borcelas of Sagay, Negros Occidental and Jasmine Paguio of the Filipino community in Toronto, Canada finished in the Top 10. They were all named the runners-up.
While Lampad was named Miss Philippines Eco Tourism 2022, having ranked fifth, Jenny Ramp, 19, of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2022. The other winners were Miss Philippines Air 2022 Jimema Tempra, 18, of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, Miss Philippines Water 2022 Angeline Mae “Angel” Santos, 27, of Trece Martires, Cavite and Miss Philippines Air 2022 Eryka Vina Talavera Tan, 27, of Legazpi, Albay.
Before the coronation day, Paguio won the Miss BingoPlus special award. Ramp, de Asis and Justiene Ortega of Manila were all named the Darlings of the Press.
