Maureen Montagne, 27, of Batangas, Philippines is Miss Grand Philippines 2021. She is one of the four queens crowned at Binibining Pilipinas 2021.

Hosted by Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, 27, and Miss Grand International 2016 first runner-up Nicole Cordoves, 29, the Bb. Pilipinas 2021 coronation night took place at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on July 11, 2021. Including Montagne, 34 Filipino women competed for the four titles.

Montagne will represent the Philippines at Miss Globe 2021. If she wins, she will be the international beauty pageant’s second titleholder from the Philippines following Miss Globe 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis, 27, of Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines.

It was Leren Bautista, 28, of Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines who won the Miss Globe Philippines 2019 title at Bb. Pilipinas 2019. She became Miss Globe 2019 second runner-up.

Rowena Lucero Sasuluya, 27, of Guiguinto, Bulacan, Philippines was originally a Bb. Pilipinas 2021 candidate but she was disqualified after representing the Philippines at Miss Globe 2020 without the permission of Bb. Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BCPI), the Philippines holder of Miss Globe franchise. She became Miss Globe 2020 fourth runner-up.
