“ONE: A New Era” featured 11 mixed martial arts bouts and four ONE Super Series matches, which include two kickboxing contests and two Muay Thai contests. In the third bout of the evening, Anthony “The Archangel” Engelen, 33, of Indonesia faced Garry “The Lion Killer” Tonon, 27, of the United States.

Tonon was one of the three fighters from the U.S. on the “ONE: A New Era” card. Engelen solely represented Indonesia.
