Thailand and Russia were among the 14 countries represented at “ONE: Clash of Legends.” It was the first ONE Championship event in 2019 to take place in Thailand.
Featuring five Muay Thai contests and seven mixed martial arts bouts, “ONE: Clash of Legends” took place at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on February 16, 2019. In the co-main event of the evening, Kongsak P.K.Saenchaimuaythaigym, 28, of Thailand faced Alaverdi “Dagger” Ramazanov, 24, of Russia.
Kongsak was one of the seven hometown heroes who competed at “ONE: Clash of Legends.” Ramazanov was the sole representative of Russia.

Representing the prestigious Venum Training Camp in Pattaya, Thailand, Ramazanov is a three-time International Federation of Muaythai Amateur World Champion. “ONE: Clash of Legends” marked his fourth ONE Super Series bout.
Ramazanov defeated Petchmorrakot Wor. Sangprapai, 24, of Thailand at “ONE: Kingdom of Heroes” at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on October 6, 2018 and Andrew Miller, 28, of Scotland, United Kingdom at “ONE: Heart of the Lion” at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore on November 9, 2018. But on November 23, 2018, the Russian fighter lost to Saemapetch Fairtex, 23, of Thailand at “ONE: Conquest of Champions” at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Red Corner
Kongsak is athree-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion. He hails from Prakonchai, Buriram, Thailand and is a nephew of Muay Thai pioneer Changpuek Kiatsongrit.
P.K. Saenchaimuaythaigym scouted Kongsak in Bangkok in 2013. “ONE: Clash of Legends” marked his ONE Super Series debut.
Fight Result
Kongsak and Ramazanov competed in a Muay Thai bout in the bantamweight division. Elias Dolaptsis served as a referee.
After three three-minute rounds, the bout was left in the hands of the judges. In the end, Dolaptsis raised the hand of Kongsak, who was declared the winner via split decision.
Winning at “ONE: Clash of Legends” improved Kongsak’s professional record to 183 wins, 39 losses and 2 draws. On the other hand, Ramazanov now has 59 wins and 5 losses.
“ONE: Clash of Legends” Main Event
In the main event, Nong-o Gaiyanghadao, 32, of Thailand and Han Zi Hao, 23, of China competed for the inaugural ONE Super Series Bantamweight Muay Thai World Championship. The Thai contender won via unanimous decision.
Cambodia, China, France, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States were also represented at “ONE: Clash of Legends.” Check all the results here.
