Born in Sydney on June 13, 1992, Mokhtarian is the brother of UFC fighter Ashkan “The Assassin” Mokhtarian, 33. Their parents relocated from Iran to Australia during the Iran-Iraq War in 1985.

Suman is representing Australian Top Team. The Iranian-Australian fighter entered the octagon as an undefeated fighter at “UFC Fight Night 142,” which marked his UFC debut.
